Dr. Wayne Greathouse, D.C.

Dr. Wayne Greathouse, D.C. has been practicing for over 20 years. He received his undergraduate degree in physiology/biochemistry before going on to his professional studies. His treatment philosophies are based on Functional Medicine and restoration of normal body function. Dr. Wayne Greathouse, D.C. believes programs should be individually tailored to meet each patient’s specific health needs.

Dr. Wayne Greathouse, D.C. resides in Orange County, living with his wife and 3 children.

Dr. Gene Plotitsa, D.C.

Dr. Gene Plotitsa, D.C. graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from San Francisco State University. His passions led him to Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, CA. Dr. Plotitsa’s philosophy of treating the root of a problem, and belief that one’s health starts from within, fit well with Optimal Health. He enjoys the smiles and gratitude from people after helping them live fuller lives. In his spare time, Dr. Plotitsa enjoys the wide variety of culinary experiences San Diego has to offer, balanced with exercise and his passion for martial arts.

Dr. Koichi Naruishi, D.C.

Dr. Koichi Naruishi graduated from Life Chiropractic College West and is licensed to practice in California.  Prior to this he earned his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences at UCSD, where he also gained lab experience in Neuroscience and Molecular Biology. Dr. Naruishi was excited about the amazing successes and the compassionate care the staff at Optimal Health. In his spare time he enjoys networking with those of similar mindsets to receive and give insight and inspiration to raise the quality of life for everyone we serve.

Dr. Tyrone Isquirdo, D.C.

A California native, Dr. Isquirdo grew up in Union City, CA, and graduated from James Logan High School. He attended Life Chiropractic College West, graduating with honors in 1985.

Over the past three decades, Dr. Isquirdo has managed multiple clinics throughout the Bay Area, and even held a faculty position, as an Associate Professor, at Life Chiropractic College-West, in Hayward California.

Dr. Isquirdo has brought his many years of experience to the Walnut Creek area, where he has focused his efforts to the treatment of peripheral neuropathy at the Optimal Health Clinic.

In his spare time, Dr. Isquirdo also enjoys spending time with his family, and coaching youth sports.

Dr. Robert Ehrnman, D.C.

Dr. Robert Ehrnman, D.C. has been dedicated to the practice of Chiropractic Medicine since 1999. He graduated from the National University of Health Sciences that is based in Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Biology in 1997, and was awarded his Doctorate of Chiropractic Medicine in 1999. He was Clinic Director and Owner of his own award-winning clinic in Pennsylvania for eight years until he decided to pursue an opportunity overseas. Dr. Ehrnman brings more than a decade of vast hard-won excellence to our team at Optimal Health. Dr. Ehrnmann is extremely motivated to assist patients, and their loved ones, on the importance of personal health and nutrition as he is spearheading our successful development into the realm of alleviating the devastating effects of adult diabetes.

Dr. Guadalupe Nuño, D.C.

Dr. Nuño, D.C. received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Kinesiology from California State University East Bay in 2008, and graduated with her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West in 2012. Providing people with an alternative solution to health conditions, and giving them hope that it may aid in what they thought was a lost cause is her driving force. She describes her most enjoyable aspect of being with Optimal Health as helping people improve their quality of life through their health, and help each patient find hope. In her spare time, Dr. Nuño loves spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, and traveling.
